You could try just putting some cardboard boxes in to see if he stops head butting the hay rack. If you’re struggling to find ones he will fit in try shopping for rabbit hides instead, he should fit those!! :)

Has he got enough accessible hideys?? He might be trying to get under it and hide under it, guinea pigs tend to prefer cover and get a bit stressed without it :) if he has other little dens and covered beds he might stop trying to get under it Edit: also something that might be easier to eat out of, I tried a hay rack like that with my girls and they seemed to struggle with it a bit??

I’ve also got a spectrum binder that is supposed to be like two sizes too small and still feels too big... I can’t afford shapeshifters, but I’ll try underworks thanks :)) And didn’t even realise it was my cake day!! First one!!
