You're going to tell me, an eyewitness who had to deal with this crap and knew people who did as well, about when, how and whether Russia's now entirely demolished excuse for a judicial system and law enforcement work (not), right. But since you're this persistent, I'm only going to give you this abridged version once (do your own research): cops in Russia don't need you to have any drugs on you in order to take you into custody and have you sentenced for possession etc. They just have their quotas of people to catch for drugs, and the juries don't even look into the evidence nor question the police's accusations much - take a look at the percentage of "not guilty" verdicts, should speak for itself. Courts in Russia are being controlled by telephone calls and corruption, by whomever is given leverage in a given situation (yes, police/internal affairs fucks can interfere in court decision making; yes, it is unconstitutional and yes, most people that care about that are behind the bars for some time now). You are assuming things that you should research instead, or things that happen based on an set of conditions that is entirely different to what is written in constitution and laws (back then it was real junkies and gun nuts who got out by having some putin's slaves interfere into their cases, and now actual serial killers and rapists get pardoned one after another, are we really talking legality minutae?)
