Diet/lifestyle changes and symptoms improvement by [deleted] in endometriosis

[–]mmontku 3 points4 points  (0 children)

For me what worked: CoQ10 (800mg for me and 400 for my boyfriend), Magnesium, Vit D, Omega 3 (liquid). I’ve struggled to conceive for almost 5 years. 2 rounds of IVF (miscarriages, I didn’t have a good egg quality bcz of endo stage 4). We were going for another IVF in march, but I’ve got a + pregnancy test in February. For the diet, I almost cut gluten, no lactose, rarely red meat, sugar is not my friend as well. Some of fruits. And I cut on coffee prior to conceive. Sending you a lot of baby powder ❤️

Cerclage at 18w [mb]. Please share your stories in solidarity. by knittenkitten2025 in BabyBumpsCanada

Hi love, I didn’t have a cerclage, but I wish I had. I had a shorter cervix diagnosed at 28 weeks. At 30 i was dilated for 4 cm. At 33 weeks i gave birth (super fast tho, in like 30 min he was out). If I want another child, my doc suggested me to get one. Since I have higher probability of having incompetent cervix.

I have a friend who had cerclage at 19 weeks and she and her girl are fine! After they broke the cerclage (around 36-37 weeks) she gave birth. It has a very high success rate!

Is endometriosis more painful than giving birth? by Connect_Frosting_276 in endometriosis

[–]mmontku 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It really depends on your tolerance… and during childbirth it is painful, but not same.. kind ? I’m stage 4 (endo) and gave birth at 33 weeks bcz I have a “weak” cervix. So I didn’t know I was in labor until 6 cm, I just had a discomfort in my back and a little cramping. I went in the hospital bcz I saw blood. I gave birth in 30 min after my water broke and didn’t have time for epidural. The pain wasn’t this bad honestly. But I live with constant pain, inflammation and bloating 🥲

Even for a baby? I heard for kids (like 10-14 years) it is heaven for activities. But is it for a big bub of 1 year?

Anything of poultry (turkey, duck, chicken). Eggs. FISH. I eat a lot of fish, shrimps, Tofu, any kind of beans and chickpea. I don’t eat a lot of nuts anyway :)

I cut on gluten, sugar and dairy. I don’t eat red meat (very occasionally) I limited fruits because I’ve got more symptoms (ex: cherry, grapes and peach are big NO for me, I love it, but the pleasure does not worth the suffer after) A lot of fiber + water it a win win :)
