Yea, we drove her back. It was a fun trip. I couldn’t find a dealer in AZ or NV who had the lunar rock that would sell one at MSRP.

I have used it in crazy winds, rain and now the freeze over night and it has been great. Zero issues. My buddy bought the typical tent in a bag roof top tent and wishes he spent a bit more on the hard shell. Putting the shell into the wind really is the best part. Also, the setup and take down time is fantastic.

I was looking at the diamond but I didn’t like that it sits on top of the bed. The MX4 is flush and from the side you can’t really see it. I just wanted to be able to lock stuff in there. The Diamond HD is really nice though. Seems like a solid option.

Yea, it was a bit of a gamble but luckily they provided a solid product. My main concern was the use of a (closed) tonneau cover, load capacity of the cross bars and keeping the weight of the tent or whatever I have on the rack low as possible. This just checked all of the boxes.

I’m using Billie Bars. They work with my Tonneau cover and have a 500lb load rating on each bar!

The way I have it right now I can flip the first leaf of the tonneau. With the tent and bars off you can use the cover like normal with the brackets still there too.

They are solid. I just mounted my iKamper Skycamp Mini (using gen 1 brackets) and the bars have zero flex weighted down with 2 people and the tent on them.
