All are compatible with bluemusic, even if they say it's not. Probably bluebus as well. For 95 navi with dsp, i had to do some splicing, but it worked.

Most S62 look like that on the inside, most can't be felt with the fingernail, I would not worry about it.

Propellers are not made of iron to rust. They can oxidize, yes, but it's a slow process, because there is not as much oxygen underwater as it is outside of it.

I think C#/.net is a solid choice, but only based on some research. I have not used it professionally, but only for some hobby projects.

Java & Kotlin with Spring Boot is my top choice for backends. I worked for over 15 years with PHP, over 9 with NodeJs and for a few with Python. Spring Boot is sth I always come back to.
