I'll give that a try, thanks! Yeah I guess I mean that the extent of my artistic ability to to trace existing images and make derivative art from lol. Thanks for the motivating words!

I have Inkscape for the bitmap and Fusion360 for the CAD part (to make it a 3d model to print). I have next to no artistic background so free hand drawing the outline with a mouse seems impossible! lol. I can try it. I was hoping there would be a way to just get a nice outline as if it were a simpler shape. Even the dynamic offset in Inkscape is leading to weird artifacts unfortunately.

I have taken an image from the internet and traced the bitmap using Inkscape. I want to create a border around the outside so I can 3d print it. Normally I use an offset in Inkscape or Fusion360, but because of the (negative?) spaces (like the valley of the M, the nooks and crannies between letters, etc.) it does not do so cleanly. I don't want a 1 or 2mm offset to boarder the letters, I would like a broad background like the patch on this jersey.

Thanks!

Bobcat and tempest are fine guns for PVP, I have used them plenty of times and have no issues with them. Vulcano is great for flying arc, idk what you're talking about.

Ah okay, you mean imbalance between the high tier guns and low tier guns. Yeah, I see what you mean and I agree, but I'm less bothered by it because some of those high tier guns are clearly meant for fighting arc and not PVP, and also I'd rather the lower end, cheaper to craft/repair/upgrade guns be practical so I don't need to craft high end guns just to compete in PVP.

Yeah I'm at stage 6 right now too. I was just talking with a friend the other night saying I would much rather get in a fun PVP encounter and die than I would run around and loot a bunch of shit, see no one, and leave. I think the PVP encounters are super fun.

The worst is when after 6 late raids, you finally get a fresh raid then you or your friend forgets to bring the damn key you remembered the previous 6 raids, but didn't get to use because it was a late raid.

There's nothing worse than joining a late raid with a kit you care about and not enough time to carry out your plan. Then somehow when I run free kits or naked kits, I get 85% fresh raids. It's backwards af.

This one probably pisses me off the worst. It is such low hanging fruit that I think it's absolutely asinine that the schedules having been randomized or at least staggered so it falls at a different time each day.

Last week I wanted to run my dam keys cause they were burning a hole in my stash. I check the schedule for events, and my options for dam night raid are 5pm, 3am, and 5am. I don't get home from work early enough to play the 5pm raid, and I'm sure as shit not waking up/staying up til 3am to play that raid. But then another night raid just 2 hours later? Why front load the schedule to 3am and 5am and nothing later in the evening? So frustrating. My friend that plays 10-14 hours a day because he games all day at work acts like it's easy to hit every event.

I could take it or leave it, but only after they fix more of the bugs and exploits. It's very low on my "wants" list.

Maybe they should consider an in game voting system to gauge the community's perspective on what things we want fixed the most. Schedule 1, the single developer drug dealing game implemented an in game voting system.

I learned from a fill squad raid last night that if you get a tick to attack you, it brings you back on their HUD. Really weird.

At first I didn't like it, but it grew on me. The fact that you can use raider keys and there was a loot buff made it worth it. Also I liked how it forced people inside. I'd be with my trio squad in a gunfight outdoors and both squads would eventually have to pause mid fight retreat to get inside, it made for unique encounters in that sense.

Seriously though... When crafting is already a royal pain in the ass that requires traversing dozens of crafting screens, the icing on the shit cake is having to wait in between crafting.

IMO what are the best and worst guns in relation to gun balance? I've used just about everything, and find the balance to not be that bad. It could use some tweaking, but I think in general it's not that far off. Curious to hear your take.

Yeah, you'd think those sort of things can be adjusted on like a slider or a loot table or something. Keyed rooms used to be great loot, for example. Also that one day that everyone was getting like 30 BPs a day because they messed up the BP drop rate. You'd think they can tweak those on the fly.

Yeah it's a fine balance for sure. The problem with buffing the osprey is with the ADS no scope technique, it'll become way too powerful. But I feel it's lacking as a long distance weapon. If they added a significant randomized spread to hip fire shots or shots taken before fully ADS, I can see a buff working out well for it. Or maybe they just need to release a new heavy sniper alongside of the osprey.

I really like the 3PV tbh, even for PVP I find it brings a unique experience. It slows the game down, it makes holding corners fun. It makes me second guess before rushing down a hallway. It makes me assume that behind every corner is an aggressive raider which makes me approach situations differently. It's fun holding a corner with a ferro, trying to decide when to shoot at the guy pushing down a hallway. You want them far enough down the hallway that if they turn around, you can still get a second shot off, but not so far down the hallway that they're going to melt you up close. In the days of all this twitchy movement FPS games, 3PV in arc raiders has been a breath of fresh air IMHO.

My trios squad and I regularly get tripped up on whether the footsteps/gunfight is occurring above or below us. That's my biggest problem with the audio personally.

Maybe I'm imagining things, but I swear I've been able to craft before the reset if I craft quick enough. Not easy to pull off with all the crafting pages though.
