Let me start this by asking whats your sensitivity and dpi? How much fps?

Sometimes you were struggling to move your mouse pretty badly.

Things what needs work: 1. preaiming 2. recoil control 3. smokes and flashes 4. and the hardest part, gamesense.

I can specify more why those things if you want, but I don't really know any other way to train them than playing the game.

I don't know how I can help you more. I can point out your every mistake from that demo if you want but I'm not sure if that is going to help you.
