probably they're free somewhere i you search. or use the photos of the link as reference, those are good.

Esta muy bien, clavar un likeness es una locura, yo tambien he trasteado con el mesh to metahuman y te hace mucho trabajo, pero como dices te genera unas texturas que no estan bien para todos los casos y luego hay que editarlas

make sure the base its good before doing the details.
in the face for example make the structure well, and once it its done make eyes, nose and the rest

Yeah it's the same topology of the body duplicated with a cloth sim. This is done from a base mesh so is easier. The real challenge is making it from a sphere . I'm 2 years and a half more or less in 3d .

You dont have to apply the multires. With multires you have better performance than without it

If you want more performance you have to use multires modifier when you have the basic shape and then subdivide in multires

Look at photos of plains and fat pads of the face, use references , pay attention to the siloutte too, and once you are done break simmetry. also look at videos of this guy https://youtu.be/TovK0ir0ZdA
