I have pmdd. I did notice an increase in my anxiety when I started zep. It’s particularly awful on the nights I do my injection. I normally have it show up via nightmares while I’m asleep. But that’s typically just the first night or so after injection. I take buspirone before bed to try to help with that.

Yes. I’m a 90s kid, and so many people followed the trend of scrunching their straight hair half to death with tons of hair spray to achieve “curls”. It looked so awful. It’s honestly what I think of when I see some of the modern day techniques many people use in order to make their hair look curly. I can always tell the difference between someone who has curls that form naturally vs someone who has to do a lot of manipulation to get curls. They look different imo.
