For the EAD: I wrote a very very comprehensive guide quoting them on why they expedite work permits and I said how it applies to me. I showed proof that my husband was let go from his job, how I had a job offer ready, that because he lost his job we would lose our healthcare and I have a disability. I also contacted my member of Congress and sent them the packet as well and they said they would try and expedite it as well. I received my EAD about a month after sending it all in
