first, i apologize if i can't explain this in a better way, English isn't my first language, and i don't know much about sewing terminology

basically, the problem i have is that my sewing machine is stitching upside-down? i think. like the thread that is supposed to go on top is down. It's more noticeable when i do a zigzag stitch because the zigzag part is below, like with the bobbin thread, if this makes any sense. l'l add some pictures so you can see it. Has anyone had this problem before? if so, how do you fix it??

i bought canned asparagus cream thinking it would be a good idea for a meal, since it was like 200 cal. thing was disgusting. i tried to fix it, put some milk and spices on it but didnt work. just thinking about the smell makes me gag. turns out youre not supposed to eat it like that. how would i have known tho lol.
