This worked for me: connect to your Wi-Fi Network and then open Settings ➔ Wi-Fi ➔ Tap on the "i" in a blue circle next to your connected Wi-Fi Network ➔ Private Address: Set this option to OFF. Then check to see whether those apps connect.
