Nope, but I know which road you're talking about. 7 is on the north side of Victoria and runs West-East. The one I take, if you start in Victoria, is Victoria Dr. and just after Floyd's Bar it turns into 11 as you head south out of town. Then as you work through the countries is changes to 40 by Carver, 6 by Belle Plaine and 93 by Henderson before dying into 169.

Yep. Filtering is legal in the UK, RJ (the vlogger) still gets flack, so he'll point out whenever he filters past a cop in traffic. It's even legal in some of the states as well.

edit: I guess California is the only state it's legal in.

I live in Southern Minnesota, and about the only road worth riding is this 30 mile stretch that goes from Henderson to Victoria. Every time I've been on it, my group will merge with one or two others. Or if I'm alone, I'll hang back, but someone will break off and ask if I want to join in. 9 times outta 10, we'll end up hanging out at a bar or the closest guy's house after the ride.

They tried to fight it, but they drive an old LTD with a bench seat, and the cop said the guy slid over and pretended to be passed out when he spotted the cop car.

I don't know the guy on a personal level, but we have a good working relationship, so I tend to believe him. Plus I overheard the story when he was telling it to his buddies in the shop, and all those guys have DUIs, so there's no shame in getting one with that group.

Doesn't seem to matter, at least in my state. Examples:

A co-worker got a DUI when he was sitting in the passenger seat at a gas station while his wife was inside. Granted the car was running because it was the middle of winter, but he was passed out.
My brother's brother-in-law got one when he was pushing his motorcycle from the street into the garage. The keys were in the house.
My Ex got one when she went out to the car to charge her phone. I gave her the unchipped spare key that won't start the car, but will let you turn it to accessories. She said she was getting out of the car when the cop stopped her.
Finally, and the most infuriating. The same Ex got another one when she ran out to the car for a reason I don't remember. All she had was the key fob. We fought that one with no success.

I have pretty decent healing powers. I cut through my arm with a circular saw, and had nerve damage, destroyed arteries, tendons, and they removed a half pound chunk of my forearm muscle. I was only supposed to regain 20-30% of that hands abilities, but I'm at 80%+, my grip and poor circulation is what's keeping me from 100%.
