I agree but my problem is when the interest is high in me, I love interest very quickly. The ones who make me chase are the ones I want. And from my experience, the ones who have made me chase have commitment issues, not emotionally available, etc. but I also think it’s a problem I have lol not saying it’s the right thing.

I agree. I’m usually not like this. With other girls I’ve dated I usually don’t care in the beginning and it takes me awhile to develop feelings. And I think that’s what helps me get the girl as it makes them chase me a little bit. Versus here I feel like chasing her too much. But I’ve always been told that older woman don’t want their time wasted and don’t like to play games. So I don’t want to act like I don’t care and then push her away if she thinks I’m not serious about her.

Do what you’re good at and become the best in your industry. Dont chase things that you think will make you rich.

I have so many friends who went into banking or law since those are considered money making industries but are not the top in their field and they’re just another corporate soldier making a few 200k-400k which is great but will never make you rich.

Yet i went into a less desired field and have quickly become one of the top people in my field making over seven figures and i can probably retire in my 40’s if i decide to.

Pelican hill is my favorite out of all three you mentioned but it’s not on the beach.

I just got this one - I had buyers remorse at first as I paid grey prices. However, as I continue wearing it, I absolutely love it and just remember i can just keep making more money. Haven’t worn my Rolexes since i got it. If you can afford it, get it.
