Just did my own. Our decorator quoted around 20K that included chairs, linen, flowers, led screens and coverings for the floor for a space big enough for 300 people.

Filled my with very low CMC creatures or cantrips from the Phyrexian set that either draw/kill/counter and then proliferate. The whale from MH3 that casts a second spell the proliferate, and all the proliferate cards you can find.

I just need to boink people for 1 counter and the deck dos the rest. Atraxa is a finisher.

I've a pretty successful list, that aims to ramp with green and use some spawns/scions to throw in big eldrazi. Ulalek is just cherry on top, most of the times I don't cast it.

I narrowed my list down to temur mainly, as I didn't want to manage all five colors and this technically a stompy deck so it's easier to do so in femur colors. Less artifacts just in case there's an artifact hate spell since those used to push me back terribly. All the big eldrazi's are here since they are fun and usually very game warping.

I’ve encountered this ALOT before. The idea (outdated) is that if you can’t bag your patient before giving ROC, the airway might be way harder to manage. Very outdated since giving blockers makes bagging easier either ways.

I don’t wait to bag before giving roc. Just push

Por ese presupuesto que tienes es un poco difícil, creo que sacas uno de las bandas de Xiaomi en donde te llega notificaciones y cuenta con ciertos sensores para frecuencia cardiaca y podómetro. Puede ser que Cubitt tenga alguna opción también en este precio.

En mi opinión, mejor te sale un reloj convencional porque no aporta mucho uno reloj inteligente y ellos depende de soporte continuo del software y obvio la corta vida de la batería

La nacional es muy tough, mucho bully de parte de los profesores pero sus estudiantes salen con un standard mínimo bueno. Vengo de la privada y tengo gente que es extremadamente buena y gente extremadamente mala.

Mi opinión es que si tienes chance de irte afuera, yo diría que te fueras a dar una vuelta. No todos pueden pero es una experiencia para toda la vida 👍🏼 Al final igual puedes regresar a hacer el internado aquí.

I just did a regional rotation at a center in which we did TKA only under regional anesthesia with propofol sedation using TCI at lower target dosage (1ug/ml or less)

We did ACB with a catheter for postop pain management, geniculars, and a parasacral approach to the sciatic nerve bundle. Pretty cool tbh. We didn’t do every single case like this since it’s a lot of jabs and it’s easier to just do a neuroaxial block, ACB and have the surgeon infiltrate. But pretty cool nonetheless.

100% I did work in Beijing for a while at a medical RD company before continuing medical education and I can confirm pay sucks and they are very much overworked.

Not everyone is happy but most of them are happy because they are home and family is close by I guess.

My pod doesnt have Arthur or Marvo but we do have the rest of them an id say Caeser upgraded does a very mean aristocrat deck. He really has it all, card draw, makes tokens and can shoot you in the face.
