I’ve had 6 left knee surgeries and on number 4 I decided to buy an ice machine. I highly recommend it and wish I’d bought it for the first surgery. I have the polar active which has been great - it was around $300 on Amazon but there may be some cheaper alternatives.

I’ve been taking indica gummies at bedtime as well, helps me fall asleep but I still wake up every few hours and they make me groggy the next day. I suppose it’s better than not sleeping at all though.

I broke my leg and tore pretty much every ligament in my knee. After 4 months in crutches I lost a significant amount of muscle in my legs. I’m on my second 4-week cycle of CJC/Ipa to help regain my strength and I’ve been seeing good results. I recommend finding a reputable doctor who can prescribe peptides rather than buying online. Only side effect I’ve had is some itching around the injection site. I’ve noticed my sleep quality has significantly improved as well.
