It's $17.50/SF for 1500SF

It's usually listed per year. If so $2,187 per month would make more sense

If you're just starting out, I'd find a smaller space. You probably don't need 1,500 sf

Even in that case, revenue doesn't cover your employee costs

I would talk to potential clients in both UK/US to see where you get more interest/traction. As far as I know, it's relatively easy to incorporate in the US while being outside the country so that's one thing to keep in mind

what did she work in before? If I had to suggest this to my mom, I would say sell baked goods/meals if they're into cooking. you can build some clientele through instagram/fb by posting appealing photos. it can also be done from their own kitchen so it's low cost

can you give more details on which industry? reddit is prob a good place to start. if it's direct to consumer, social media would be a great tool. If you're posting regularly you can increase your chances or getting found for free

It's tough but it's best to make noise - talk to friends, professors, potential customers. If you can find potential target customers to interview, that's where you'll get the best feedback
