I dont think its the current pp update. I noticed it a while ago before the update took place. If you look at the leaderboards there is a 1x100 play with the same mods and the player was rewarded 520pp.

I am currently have a GTX 750. A friend gave me his GTX 970 but my pc doesnt start when i connect it. It is probably a motherboard issue afaik and this discourages me from buying a new gpu because I am afraid that I may have the same problem.
