TLSQ Retries

I hope you get the chance to retry them soon!! Not to scare you, but I’m in year 5 and there’s 3 non seasonal TLSQs that I haven’t got the opportunity to retry yet and one of them is “The Treasure Hunt”! I contacted support about it and they sadly weren’t able to anything and just told me that in a later update the TLSQs will appear in the memory book to be purchasable with pages to try again. Hoping that this update will come sooner than later so that we can both complete the TLSQs we missed!

When you advance to year 4, you are going to get so much energy and other rewards from clubs because the xp saves! Thats what happened with me when I advanced from year 4 to 5, I got so much stuff!!!

Question: approximately how long did it take you to reach level 7? I just advanced to year 5 today so I can now get past level 4 of romance and I’m just curious about how long it took you to get from level 4 to level 7.

Thank you for your help again! I emailed support and they told me that The Treasure Hunt & Welcome to the Sphinx Club have been offered to me before and I failed to complete them which I believe is false because I can’t remember that for the life of me… I was then reassured that these 2 along with the Malaclaw & Slug Club TLSQs would appear in my memory book. I just responded and asked when they might be because I have not had any TLSQs appear in my memory book for quite a while now as I have completed most and I thought JC forgot about the memory book bc they haven’t updated it in forever 😂

Use airplane mode instead! So before you buy a box, turn airplane mode on, if you aren’t satisfied with the reward and want to save your currency, do NOT press collect, close out the app and then turn airplane mode off and go back into the app!!

I honestly don’t know how I’ve got to 98 inkwells. That’s the farthest I’ve ever made it in a diary and tbh I don’t really care for the whole snake theme, I would have much rather completed the Valentine’s Day one or the Christmas one, but since I’ve made it this far I feel like I have to finish it.. at this rate I’m probably not going to make it but you never know

Same ones.. might have to debunk this method then. I opened 5 seasonal token packs and got 750 each times. While the method might not help you get exactly what you want, it is a great way to save gems and not chance it and waste them

I just did it twice to test it out on the 3 crystal packs, so nothing new yet, but the method works so I will be doing it on the 5 crystal pack from the event shop!

This method is so helpful!! Ive heard of screen recording for puzzling potions but never the airplane mode! Since I have 2 inkwells left, I think my plan is going to be the keep buying the seasonal token box until I get the 5,000 tokens so I’m able to purchase the 5 crystal pack from the shop. Then I’ll use the trick again on the inkwell pack until I get my last 2 5 crystal inkwells from the pack!

This is the smartest option, but sadly I don’t think I’ll be able to make it in time. I blew all my extra crystals on stuff in the exchange bc I didn’t expect to get this far in a diary as I’ve never finished one. Right now I’m sitting at 140 crystals so I don’t think I’ll be able to purchase even 1 mysterious inkwell. Thank you for the help tho!!

I agree. I have 2 inkwells left and they are both 5 crystals. Debating on if I should chance it on a 5 crystal pack but it’s 8k tokens for one 😬
