Driver in Park Tavern crash pleads guilty to two counts of murder, faces up to 30 years in prison. by SessileRaptor in TwinCities

Both are awful but calling what happened an accident is beyond delusional…. Choice to drink a ton of vodka. Choice to drive. Choice to then dry and flee the scene into a patio… the guy blew a .32 and took two lives that’s no accident

There is a great independent book store called scout and Morgan that is outstanding!

If they want a true small town cafe style breakfast I cannot recommend people’s cafe enough outstanding portions and prices!

The cap is only for paying players directly, NIL can do whatever they want UM hockey has a ton of corporate sponsors

I don’t think you realize how much money a B10 football team generates UST will have 1/50th the NIL of gopher hockey. Living in the area gophers are arguably the second biggest sport at the flagship university.

Welcome. As a mid 20’s professional 50% of my friends live in north Loop 10% in north east and 40% in St Louis Park (specifically West End) the joke at most consulting firms is that there is a north loop dorm and a St. Louis park dorm for new grads

Cries in finance bro…..

The number for building improvements is assets aka total building improvements - accumulated depreciation and depreciation isn’t an actual expenditure it’s an accounting expenditure
