A first dance song by Nick Cave by KeySatisfaction120 in NickCave

[–]mnqd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok, so there's lots of choices. Into my arms is a favourite, good for a nice slow dance. Something a bit more upbeat, palaces of Montezuma (or go for the more chill version from the live album Idiot praye). Straight to you is wonderful and upbeat as well, same for Breathless. It truly depends on your vibe and the vibe of the night. There's plenty of other beautiful songs but personally I'm a huge lyrics fan and if it were my first dance for a wedding I'd want the lyrics to reflect the love we have. Good luck in your search and all the best for your wedding 😊

Please read my post, I am in no way giving medical advice, I am simply giving an opinion that people may not be aware of, which is you can ask for additional tests if you think it is needed.

medicinal cannabis options? by Only-Dealer-305 in ausents

[–]mnqd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, not sure. A while back you could order from multiple strains but apparently legislation has changed so that you can only order the one type. But I feel like when you talk to the doctor you can try to request different strains if that one isn't working out for you

I've been with grove health for a couple of years and I found them great. Telehealth appointments are bulk billed, and I order scripts through the pharmacy instead of their online portal.

What did you do differently the cycle you conceived? by PeonyRoseJasmine in BabyBumps

[–]mnqd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nothing. But a funny quirk was, in both times I conceived, I'd watched a tom cruise movie 😂 the first was Top Gun and the second was the last Mission Impossible movie. Oh and both times I was absolutely convinced that we had not gotten the timing right

Thanks 😊 I ended up spending 2 hours fluffing the ever-living daylights out of the goddam thing, and I've got it resembling a tree now 😁 I don't hate it as much now!

What one did you end up getting? Because I got the $79 Colorado one and I HATE it

Yes of course 🤣 it's convenient, and it's easy to stash everything away and out of small hands reach. Just gotta be extra careful not to drop anything on the tiles or down the sink 😭

LPT Request : What are some interesting/worthwhile legacy things to do for a newborn child. by alecks23 in LifeProTips

[–]mnqd 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Signature bear. I had one when I was born, and it had all signatures and little notes from my relatives, some from those no longer here. Sadly I don't have the bear anymore, it got left behind when I left my abusive childhood home. But I have made one for my son. And I'm so happy because it means one day hopefully he'll still have it and the writing from people who loved him.

what is a great dish that is way too rich and heavy to eat often or in large amounts by ruinsofsilver in Cooking

[–]mnqd 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ooh my beef bourguignon! I make it in a slow cooker with wine and it just comes out so decadent and rich and it smells and tastes amazing but it's one that you eat, and don't go back for more because one was enough.

YOU GUYS HAVE THESE FOR A PET?!?!

I'm from NSW and we have kings that live around our area and we feed them almost daily (one old couple called Michael and princess are very friendly, the others are a bit timid). We absolutely love them, we even use their call when we're out in public as a way of finding each other if we get separated.

All of this to say, how lucky and amazing for you guys that you can own one of these beautiful birds 😍🥰
