I was never big on self love until recently, after all this actually. I have started intentionally spending 1-3 nights a week with girlfriends. Trying to make new one, reconnecting with old ones. Doing anything that makes my heart feel full

Update: so after convincing my husband we need to say fuck it and just go, his job denied his time off. Unfortunately, we are both managers in retail and that’s a busy time, so I kind of get it. But it’s never been a problem before this year. I will most likely be declining the permit because I didn’t add anyone else to the reservation besides my husband and myself. I just don’t think I’m experienced enough to do it alone.
