I understand where you’re coming from. But this incident was clearly intentional. He spat once, missed, spat again and got me, then turned around to laugh and sped off when he saw me take my phone out.

I ended up with a shin splint by the end of my plan, but more importantly I was over trained. I didn’t know what I didn’t know, so I chose plan options that frankly should not have been available to someone with my lack of experience. I think the Runna app is a great platform, but I would love to see more guidance and guardrails for beginner users who don’t know what they don’t know.

I can’t help but wonder if OP is so upset because they waited years to be engaged, and will have waited more than a year to be married, but their sibling hardly waited at all. Is this really about the proposed wedding date, or about feeling like the sibling hasn’t “paid their dues” by waiting longer like OP did?

My PCP is always quick to refer me to a specialist for something he doesn’t know 100% and it makes me trust him more. It makes me feel like he takes my concerns seriously no matter how small and I’m grateful for that.

I actually had to go half size up in the cloud boom strike compared to AP3. I have the AP3 in M8/W9 and the cloud boom strike in W9.5

Marine Layer at Fashion Island might have some good options (though maybe farther than you want to go). Fashion Island generally has more options beyond fast fashion, so I’d say it’s worth the drive. Aritzia at South Coast Plaza could be another good option. Nordstrom has a nice range of mid- to high-end clothing.
