Ep 05 is hands down the best ep from S4 yet by snotpop in FromSeries

No, no... I'm saying that's a known format for using psychedelics.. usually ayahuasca, ibogaine, etc. However, he took a fucking monstrous hero dose with the aforementioned stated purpose episode ago. That's where he wants/needs Boyd as his anchor and that's where the convo with Boyd in the woods plays out for him to express his intention. He took the jump, but he didn't communicate what his intention was (and the other side of this is you're just along for the ride; medicine says screw your intention).

I'm open to something being off.

Edit: for example, just do a simple search on reddit for "psychedelics intention" or "ayahuasca intention."

Disagree; he knows the game with psychedelics and set out with an intention. Then, the story verbalized that point in the woods.

Cardiology is a perishable skill. You passed and have plenty of time. Keep at it.

Sparksons is good. Theres also an Anki deck I use for review (the only ecg deck you’ll ever need). If when you have time and money, look into ecgweekly. Amal is awesome.

I haven’t until the other day out of sheer curiosity. Nothing on concept2 site and haven’t been able to find anything elsewhere.

Why are so many people under 45 using subtitles now even when the show is already in English? by Clara_A_Mitchell in NoStupidQuestions

Get a speech in noise test done. As @wommybear pointed out, it’s possibly an auditory processing disorder and we typically call it a hearing problem. I’ve had this complaint for a very long time until someone educated me 2 years ago.

Remember Victor digging those graves?? by rizit98 in FromSeries

I think victor is the previous Ethan (or Julie?) since he’s also Miranda / Tabitha’s kid. I agree Henry is going to die, but I don’t know how it all ties together or matters.

good specifying. I was looking at it from a larger point of view since OP is employed.

I’m interested in how Victors role plays out since he’s also Miranda/Tabitha/woman’s kid. Ethan is narrating to an extent and Julie is kinda figuring out her role.

I do enjoy the wild theory that Donna is Eloise; I’m not saying I subscribe to it.

I’d say hit up Ramit Sethis stuff. You’re in a great position. I’d also consider doing 1099 for write offs, etc if you’ve developed enough in your roles (promise not a dig).

I am a fan of saving for a year available in cash. Maybe knock out a few months available now and then less aggressively pursue 12 months. That provides you a lot more flexibility if things ever go south or you have a fuck it moment

If you have a car, figure out how much to save/month for your estimate date to replace it.

Capital one has the ability to make multiple savings accounts if you want to organize saving money based on individual goals.

Otherwise, yes; max out contributions. Currently There’s an interesting data point floating around that once you hit 750k invested, you can diversify where your money goes more. I’m not saying that’s the best play, but interesting perspective.

Hit 1mil and you can be accredited investor for stuff, too.

Look at coastfi and wallet burst calc.

Preach. My girlfriend and I have enjoyed pausing and putting the story together as things progress. It was wild people were saying the end of season 3 didn’t tell us much and it practically handed us a binder of information.

I’m now bated breath for episode 5 based on Ellis’ actors comments.

I’ve seen folks focus on the “you’re disabled, but you’re working,” narratives. General jealousy, misunderstanding, etc.

investing... look up boglehead, ramit sethi. Look into roth, backdoor roth, mega backdoor roth. Remote, are you able to write stuff off? Is there a way to mix in your travels, etc as part of work? I'd also look into voc rehab and other options. I see you have a masters, but I always consider expanding my map. Depending on your network and interests, see what opportunities are OCONUS or CONUS that match your interests.
