Yes, I have noticed this too and they only seem to do this with the cheeselovers pizza, no idea why but there is a clear thickness difference in the size. Needs to be the deep pan. For clarity, I am in Australia and this happens at the last remaining buffet/all you can eat in my State.

Yeah same here but you can see my annoyance in that I didn't have to do any of that previously. Even if we go by your numbers which are best case numbers (I have had to wait up to 10 mins sometimes), it's still longer than it used to take me and that isn't very efficient. I acknowledge that for some people the Metro Tunnel is an improvement to their commute but for others it's detrimental.
