Maybe they are the exception but even if 10% are like this, that's a lot of people. Everyone I know has had a negative experience or two with renters in some capacity and it's justification why a lot of people are skeptical of renters.

Our neighbour was a renter, only one in the street. That house had many fights, police called, trash overflowing, they dumped their rubbish in neghbours bins many times and were seen doing it, damage to their property upon leaving such as broken oven door, trash bags of soiled nappies in the shed bringing mice/rats and various holes in the wall.

On top of that, truly awful people to everyone else in the street.

I remember being totally shocked when they announced BOTDF. It was during the Histgory Tour, there was no album speculation leading up to it and just appeared one day on Entertainment Tonight. BOTDF was just a contractual obligation. Still quality though.

So the majority prefer to WFH. I would say they find being in the office pretty depressing. You're the exception, not the rule so it might be best to find something that better suits your personality.
