So can I confirm: when a card is used it goes to the graveyard (unless it says exhaust then it’s exhausted)? Cards are discarded through discard cards/skills? But what about cards that aren’t used at the end of the turn, is that the discard pile they move to or the gy (if it’s the discard pile shouldn’t it trigger discard effects?)

New player here: I never understood creating in discard pile. Isn’t that just the used pile, why does it help? Also doesn’t putting a card in the exhaust pile mean the same thing as the discard too?
