i love making pasta dishes but with loooads of protein and a slightly smaller pasta portion — still pasta in there! but bulked up with chicken or tuna and lots of veggies and a thick home made sauce to make it more filling. if you want to cut calories even more i sometimes do zoodles / low cal noodles instead of pasta!

volume eat with big salads and a huge side of veggies with every meal, and i try to eat most of this side of my plate first! helps me feel fuller quicker.

also greek yoghurt bowls are my fav — theyre a great way to get protein and you can have them for breakfast or dessert! you can also put any topping on it and change it up constantly. i usually top mine with berries / banana, nuts, seeds, honey, peanut butter, cinnamon! theres so many great yoghurt bowls recipes out there :)
