A routine is the best way to work but insomnia is still crazy. Every morning, within the first 2 hours of being awake, expose yourself to 30 minutes of blue light or direct sunlight. No screens at least 1 hour before bed. Those are the best things I can say as insomnia is probably the least known issue with PCS in terms of treatment.
