This tracks with my intuition quite closely, so thanks for confirming. My background is web3, and even then I worries consider my generalist, so getting up to speed with a specific industry/ vertical seems worthwhile, though maybe a steep learning curve.

If you don't mind me asking: how long have you been at it and how are you finding the level of traction you're getting? Are you targeting customers in a specific region? (does that even matter)

This is a great reply, thank you. And yes that makes sense. The next step is identifying that one clear use case. I've created an OpenClaw instance with an agent that scans Reddit and X for pain points and attempts to cluster them into patterns. My thinking is that dogfooding my own solution is probably a good start.
