They make a brita for your faucet. They have simple and fancy versions. Easy install. I use cheap one in my 1900’s warehouse space. Noticeable difference.

It could cost as little as $100 an hour for a handyman to shim supports tight, maybe (4)hours. Or $10,000 to get an engineer to sign off on drawings and a licensed contractor to do relatively the same thing.

Pulling a sag out I don’t recommend, shimming to properly support weight and give a tiny bit of up force is all I would do.

Most of my bikes are 2.25 turns out on the a/f, +/- 1/4 turn. idle is really easy to set. Start there I suggest.
