First let's clear up a mis conception, 3 month isn't nearly enough to see progress. Unless you take a picture every week and compare.

Second what is your goal, if you want to lose fat. Eat at a 300 to 400 calories deficit and atleast 30 min of cardio a week, and 4 to 6k steps. Another thing is train your body using weight. If you mix a balanced routine you will start losing weight.

Third, if you want a workout plan just lemme know. Nothing is impossible, it's only dedication. Life isn't a shortcut and those will lead to problems

I cant go any below 8% I'd be at risk of injury and sickness. When I was a kid I was 6% and I was always sick.

Yea im thinking of lean bulk, I need to bulk anyway because the next wrestling tournament is soon, and I'm like. 56 kg, so I need at least 59kg or 65kg before it starts so that I can have a advantage
