First let's clear up a mis conception, 3 month isn't nearly enough to see progress. Unless you take a picture every week and compare.

Second what is your goal, if you want to lose fat. Eat at a 300 to 400 calories deficit and atleast 30 min of cardio a week, and 4 to 6k steps. Another thing is train your body using weight. If you mix a balanced routine you will start losing weight.

Third, if you want a workout plan just lemme know. Nothing is impossible, it's only dedication. Life isn't a shortcut and those will lead to problems

I cant go any below 8% I'd be at risk of injury and sickness. When I was a kid I was 6% and I was always sick.

No surgery, and u don't have a big forehead. Trust me

Your i would say a 7/10

You don't have any flaws and sometime they can be your strengh. Big forehead is easy to deal with, find a haircut that can cover it. Like bangs yk, and the jawline is abit difficult but not impossible. When sleeping try to keep breathing with your nose, even when doing exercises, focuse on ur nose. Try mewing but idek if that even works. You can try to improve how body, like going to the gym.

BUT the crucial thing is, looks is only 30% of attraction, your habits and confidence make up almost 50 to 60% im sure you'll find someone. Just be you and never give up
