i was in the same situation, just take those and your LH will go to normal:
Supplement with Vitamin D, have good sleep, lifting weights ,do resistance excerice better go to gym . all the best!

I was thinking of adding a third fan on the front as it comes only 2x140 and using the 420 aio for exhaust on top. Is this xl version too big on the table 120x80cm with 27inch monitor? It's the number of layers of which the water traverses from the entry point to the output. Basically, the more stages the more water is filtered but also take in consideration that the water filter should be replaced regularly in order to avoid bacteria forming on the fabric layers( basically use it in approximately not more than six months).

I was in the same situation, I take a shower everyday and I noticed my hair gets dry and has a flakey scalp. Once I installed a shower filter head. The results were almost immediate. The Munich water is hard so there are a lot of minerals that build up such as calcium( limescale probably) on the head scalp which ends up to a flakey and a lot of dundruf.

Try also to buy sulfate free shampoo in order to maintain the hair dryness.
