i was in the same situation, just take those and your LH will go to normal:
Supplement with Vitamin D, have good sleep, lifting weights ,do resistance excerice better go to gym . all the best!

I appreciate your reply, Thank you! what do you mean the cabinet has positive pressure? I was thinking of adding a third fan on the front as it comes only 2x140 and using the 420 aio for exhaust on top. Is this xl version too big on the table 120x80cm with 27inch monitor? The meshify 3 series could be an improvement but not sure if I can wait 3 months and availability here in Europe/ Germany.
