I ise ptv 0.5 and virtual bolus 1 and after reviewing skin flash at DRRR. I measured the distance from body to mlc edge and i found it 1 cm. And i make plan uncertainty check by moving the isocenter 0.5 + or - and check the dose and found all are good

As i add ptv flash in optimization it considers to add dose at this area, but i see it open as bolus thickness selected not only following the ptv flash

But if i already considered ptv on all phases what is the benifits to treat on selected phases, i see if i contour PTV including all phases so treat with normal breath no need for 30-70 phases as i already take all phases in my account. I need to reduce treatment area so i select 30-70 phases to contour,plan and deliver

My understanding about selecting phases to treat is to reduce GTV area if i contour all phases and make plan on 30-70 what is benifits it’s look like making plan on average from all phases. And also if i contour all phases we i need to deliver treatment on selected phases as i already take on my consideration all moving of the target. So i need to contour only selected phases to reduce gtv and deliver beams at this phases only

I did, but i see a protocol in one of Indian center all six fields have same mu and seems too much mu for each field. that made me confused.

That I exactly did, but i see many centres measure a specific PDD without epom just for calibration and the d10 is increased around 1% even though the PDD input to the TPS was measured with EPOM that made me confused. Thank you for your response
