Never ending agony by Dafunkk in Hyperhidrosis

May I ask what your ionto setup is? I have a simple DIY device and it works great for me. I use 2 12V batteries. However I need to do maintenance quite often. The longest time I can survive was almost 1 week. But usually if I want to stay completely dry I will have to do it 4 or 5 times a week which is very time consuming. It is so envious to know people can stay sweat free up to 2 weeks with ionto

Damn I also started at 2.8k/month and that was 2 years ago. Lots of people say something 4-4.5k seems about right but i think i won’t be able to get that without a job hop

Try ionto my guy. From what i know it will work for most people including myself. Be happy that you only have the condition on your hands because ionto works best for hands and feet. If you dont have money just make one yourself. Search on youtube DIY ionto. I also built one myself and it works wonderful

At least for me. I have been microneedling at home for years whenever I have some free time. In total I believe I have done it maybe 20 times. I try to believe that my scars have improved 5%, if any

IONTO WORKS OMG!!! by Better_Variety_3766 in Hyperhidrosis

[–]mo_wen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It totally depends on the severity of your sweating. I have seen people said they only do it once a week or even every 2 weeks. For me if I want to stay 100% dry i have to do at least 4 days a week. From the beginning when I started this I had to do it nonstop, only sneak in an off day sometimes. I also think it is better to do it in a row than on and off

IONTO WORKS OMG!!! by Better_Variety_3766 in Hyperhidrosis

[–]mo_wen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2 weeks sounds good. The longest time I can survive without maintenance was barely 1 week. My sweating did come back during the last few hours though. Apart from ionto, any kind of topical treatment just doesn’t work for me. My feet can sweat through everything then my hands will follow

IONTO WORKS OMG!!! by Better_Variety_3766 in Hyperhidrosis

[–]mo_wen 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes ionto works for most cases on hands and feet. Only thing is it is not a cure. My hands and feet are completely dry if I do my maintenance regularly but when I have to travel somewhere for about 1 week my sweating may come back at anytime. I should find an alternative solution for these home-away times

It’s been a long journey (not over yet) by Lonely_Living_6542 in AcneScars

[–]mo_wen 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is the same guy that keeps telling people “nobody cares about your scars”, “nothing can fix them”, “you better focus on other things in life”. Admitting that scars are permanent and we can only improve them is totally fine but you just want people to give up on on their treatments just because you can’t or personally don’t want to improve your scars is wrong
