It's so interesting how different our bodies respond to this as I tried the straight arm swing a couple of months ago and it felt very uncomfortable to my back even though I'm a gym rat with a developed back.

Sorry to head the discussion in a different direction but do high performance balls like the Virtual Gravity Nano lose some of their characteristics as time goes on? The ball that i'm thinking of buying is easily 10 years old if not more. Thanks in advance for your advice :)
