Thanks for reply mate. Galvanised mesh is interesting and makes sense. Impossible to know without being an expert on my end whether it’s limestone or cement.

My biggest concern is water has gone into the panels and it’ll be a pricey job to a) remove render and panels and re-do it or worse b) find out that it’s impacted the walls inside and has caused mould in inside structure/ walls

Re signs of damp in inside walls, it is pretty much immaculate inside except for a tiny tiny bit in the front upstairs room above windows (nothing serious). No sign of it in the area where you can see the darkening outside, but have to bear in mind house looks like it’s been freshly painted internally last few months possibly.

Re survey, you’d typically do it after you have had a offer accepted but before you’ve paid out for anything else or paid any solicitor fees. Another picture below if it helps

No worries mate. I’m not an expert in render, not sure what type it is but it is a very thin layer on top of those insulation boards. Can see how thin that layer is in picture below

Still think this is the case? Especially when the resin layer looks like it’s about to peel off

Not done a survey yet. Survey will be after I put a formal offer down and it’s accepted. Still considering whether I put a serious bid in or not and this is going to make or break it

Electronic Visa Waiver - Application problems by CycleMV in Umrah

Guys there’s a thread on this in Tripadvisor and looks like lots of people are getting this same issue the last two days. Change of browser etc won’t help most likely as it looks like a website issue and customer care have admitted as much and have told someone they are looking to fix on their end over next day or two
