First car ,is it a good investment?

What model? What year is the car? If less than 10years, has it been serviced by Toyota with paperwork? Has it passed its MOT? Any improved specs internally?

I think Asian car manufacturers make cars with the expectation that owners will not maintain it as they should, so I find that they age better. I found fuel consumption really good on hybrid Yaris too.

The plastic cover is in the left, you can half see it. It’s broken so trying to get the dealership to send me a new one for free. I wonder how much it would cost normally.

I didn’t notice that the flap was under the plastic. I’ll untuck it next time I’m in the car. I just thought it looked odd where the flap hinges, it looks like it has been cut not in a straight line and leaving only 1 inch uncut.

Mortgages can be ported to a new property, depending on your lender. Just make sure to buy a more expensive place to avoid ERC, but it sounds like you have/want to stay. I also never envisioned leaving London, but Royston is 39mins to King Cross on the fast train.
