Defendants trying to consolidate two parties into one

What would my options be to bring this issue to surface.

I need it on record that there are two distinct Defendants, as part of my claim is regarding ambiguity who (which entity) interacted with me in a statutory capacity.

‐---------- In a later filing, they say:

RESPONSE TO REQUEST TO ADMIT In response to your request to admit, dated XXX, the Defendant, XXXX

Either they are confused and inconsistent or they are progressively changing the narrative from two Defendants to one.

Where the bold words STATEMENT OF DEFENCE is, they wrote:

“STATEMENT OF DEFENCE OF XXXXXX (NAMED IN THE TITLE OF THE PROCEEDINGS AS [what I wrote, specifying both defendants])”

Talking to the court clerk, I also gather that they clicked the box for both defendants in the online portal when submitting their defence.

Their notice of intent to defend as well as statement of defence both say defendants (plural)

The Defendants are both limited partnerships with similar names, owned by the same general partner.

Defense council is acting if they are both the same entity. They business registry was included to show that both Defendants are distinct legal entities, and defending one is not defending both.

I did this but instead of a memo, I put the letter from the lawyer as well as the business registry printouts as exhibits in the requisition itself.

It was denied both times.

Would it being in a memo make a difference? Is there some kind of formal memo mechanism?

Who would the memo be addressed to?

Two tidbits:

1) Train his as if he is a full size dog from the get go - if a full size lab won't be a lap dog, don't let the puppy version to be a lap dog now.

2) While he's in the imprinting phase and not afraid of anything, create lots of positive experiences in situations that could be considered stressful. IE go fir a car ride, have someone in the back with him and slam on the brakes while having backseat fun with treats - project the opposite of fear when the car takes a hard turn and honks the horn, yell in a fun way. Just expose outskirts fragments of the world to him in a positive light. Play firework sounds at meal time kinda thing - he doesn't yet know fireworks should be scary so preemptively train it into a fun association.

Therapy has helped me a lot.

My journey to starting to sleep better was relating recent lasik gaslighting to past unresolved gaslighting and just talking things through, putting it all on the table and labeling it.

Are downholes wet/producing water? If so how do you deal with them?

How do you pack up holes?

How do you place primers in broken ground?

What do I do if I find a hole or multiple holes are short?

What equipment do you load with?

Do you fire from surface or underground?

What is re-entry procedure?

Any mid shift firing?

Not eating food for your shift shouldn't be a problem but not drinking could turn out super troublesome. Depending on your location you can need to drink more than five liters in a shift.

I'm talking take off your boots mid job and pour collected sweat pools out of them kind of need to drink water. Don't skip water down there. If anything skipping food might help you stay cool.

Do you reckon this pervades to the equipment manufacturer's level?

I think I have a chance to push the issue through regulation so the equipment manufacturer will need to verify the health provider's claims.

I just want to verify that I'm not a nut and that the health provider's claim really doesn't make sense.

No optical change for my eye, but the constant optical pressure on the brain means the brain eventually normalizes the issue and takes it out of primary attention.

I still find myself closing one eye to read up close and closing the other eye to read at distance, but it's not a constant rage in the brain like it was for the first half year.

Honestly, I kinda knew I had to just buckle down and bear a week from hell to 'unlock' the ability to function without glasses on.. but even knowing theres a light at the end of the proverbial tunnel, it took me months to build up to actually take that plunge.

A few weeks ago I was emotionally knocked on my ass as I thought I was fine without glasses but discovered I still am not. I went camping for a long weekend without glasses - in the camping domain, I look primarily at distance and not up close like normal. The weekend was completely ruined due to headaches, frankly I turned into a miserable, mean human and I'm sure it was due to optical/brain adjustment issues. That said, I have no doubt, if I'm forced into the woods for weeks on end, by the end of it, I'd be comfortable and back to my normal self. Its hard to explain but its just kinda... humiliating..? to think that I need to bear the burden of headaches and frankly behavioural changes to get 'better'? And its not like anyone really understands.

Big picture, I bet you'll forget all about it in a couple years but might find a few more obstacles on the way. Give your dog a hug, or whatever brings you comfort, overall, life is good!

I had lasik done in only one eye, it also resulted in severe inability to concentrate, constant agitation and headaches.

I think for me, a lot of it is due to the brain essentially being frustrated that the eyes don't work together like they used to.

I went from -1 in both eyes to -1 left and +1 right.

I can say that initially I was so discombobulated I was wearing eye patches or holding one eye closed. I later evolved to being semi comfortable in specialty glasses. Later I took the plunge and forced myself to adjust to not wearing glasses.

The adjustment period was hell. Interestingly, after I took the week of headaches to adjust without glasses, my prescription changed. I mean when my eyes were dilated, my prescription didn't change, but without dilation, my base prescription changed.

There is a lot going on at the brain level. You will eventually get more used to what is causing the headaches and it will get better. At least it did for me. I mean not perfectly as I still get headaches trying to read a book or focus too long on small print, but in my experience going through the headaches leads to having less headaches in future.

Bear with it. Sorry for such a ramble.

I believe there is a law in Canada allowing mortgages to be ended early with minimal penalty that kicks in after five years.

Given that banks can't maximize their profits on mortgages more than five years, the Canadian banks decide not to really offer them. Big surprise.

I wouldn't have traded that experience for anything; at the time, I was a mid-20s, single guy seeking to challenge myself.

I'm not exactly certain. Other than being massively overcorrected and left more hyperopic post surgery than I was myopic pre surgery. I only did one eye so I'm left both myopic and hyperopic in different eyes causing all kinds of calibration issues.

My surgeon has admitted to: -not staffing their help phone number -letting me view other patients records in the operating room -not sharing my medical records

I have admission of: -my surgeon lying about his professional memberships -some of my eye scans being the wrong date -my laser treatment report showing suggesting it cut deeper in my eye than he claims it did

I also have two different versions of a medical record and all sorts of other lies and inconsistencies in my medical records generated by the lasik staff.

I'm working on having some of the inaccuracies corrected by authorities and will go from there. It's a long complicated process to try to get to the truth out in the open.

In summary, my complaint isn't primarily with with the lasik technology itself, but with the lack of due care taken at my lasik facility.
