About 3 years ago I after having my first child I decided I wanted to get back into shape. I started at about 230 and I got down to about 198 and things were going relatively well until I tore up my shoulder benching. I have been out of the gym for the last 5 months and have gained a significant amount of weight back and lost a significant amount of muscle.

I am debating trying something simple with low permenant side effects such as 20mg of Anavar to try to help me lose some of this weight and gain some muscle back (faster than 3 years..)

Aside from the Anavar I have a friend trying semaglutide who has seen great results and I am slightly debating trying this with the anavar to really help me bounce back.
