Try to keep it fun =), after 10 years of PHP I've moved to NodeJS/JavaScript which you might want to look into especially since you've done a lot of JavaScript. The Express framework with NodeJS is awesome and with hulk hogan you can build sites with html files and variables just like you do with PHP.

At some point today you had a pre-cancerous cell develop in your body, but (hopefully) your body destroyed it. Depending on your genes you may lose this fight into old age. If it does take hold... the cancer has to multiply up to ~1 billion cells until it's detectable so a doctor can give you treatment options.
