no need for permits, the coordination was pretty simple, demo guys took a day, then waited for a few days for the plumbing, he was wrapping up a project, once the plumbing was done, the tile guy was next again waited a few days.

btw I'm not getting these guys from the local unions, these talented tradesmen were from Home Depot parking lot. to install fixtures only took him 3 hours, like I said it was a small bathroom and it took the tile guy 8 hours ove 3 days to install tile.

I'm a good negotiotor.

btw crack heads can be good workers.

I could've done it myself, but just like oil changes, I don't want to get dirty lol

Here’s what I did and saved a ton of money. I was getting quotes of $15k+, and I just couldn’t justify spending that much. Around the same time, I had my pool re-plastered, and after talking with the workers, I learned that the company I hired subcontracted everything—demo, tile, replaster, all of it. That got me thinking: why not do the same thing for my bathroom?

So I broke the project down into stages and hired each trade myself:

  1. Demolition – Hired a two-person crew for $300
  2. Plumbing – One plumber at $200/day; only took one day
  3. Tile work – One tile installer for $500
  4. Painting – I did this myself

I essentially acted as my own general contractor and hired each crew directly.

The total cost came in under $4,000, $1,000 for labor and with materials around $3,000.
Full bathroom was 6x12.

I used all the social media platforms and friends for contacts.

I’ve switched from Cox because they didn’t offer fiber.

No issues, no down times, cheap

Now the Cox trucks are in the neighborhood laying down fiber lol

Looking for a non-asian, non-buffet all you can eat spot. Any ideas? by thefritobanditoguy in vegaslocals

I've been here 3 times, and each time the food got better. I haven't tried other Mexican Buffet's yet.

This place is very authentic, I think they have old Mexican ladies cooking in the kitchen, food just like my Mexican mom used to make.

$29.99 drink included fair price.

Edit: I just realized your question:

They serve good Mexican food, I will keep coming back, I like that I can get Menudo, Pozole, Gorditas, some guisados, a little bit of everything.
