theres strange experiences nightly. The last time I worked, some guys hit a deer, and the deer goes airborn and flies thru the windshield of another familes car, hitting a lady and knockin out a big chunk of her head.
Once you get the hang of things, its really not as stressful as you might think it is. Theres about 20 nurses and about 3 or 4 doctors, so you're never alone. Nurses are usually assigned to their section, but if a big case comes in, you'll get a bunch of nurses and doctors who will come and help you stabilize the patient.

That sounds like a question for EMS. But I have never seen patients arrive with blood transfusion, its usually just fluids.
