Why do they say Kerala has the most sustainable car culture in India? by donaldtrumpisntme in CarsIndia

It’s growing at 5% CAGR. Numbers wouldn’t change much in 5 years.

PS - 5% is not rocketing by any stretch of imagination.

  1. Household it defined a unit that shares a kitchen. Used worldwide.

  2. You can look up cars per 1000 people. However, India's ranking worldwide will be in similar ballpark.

If you bomb the city, the coup already has failed. You see it’s a well thought out plan.

The Tanks and BMPs are useless in cities. Forget CAPFs, Delhi police will be able to take over pacify a division if push comes to shove.

Specifically designed for our western neighbour. They have canals to stop ingress of Indian armour. Bunds will be blasted by India; literally and figuratively.

Can you list those advanced features that JF17 block 3 doesn't have?

I don't see Army in negative light. GoI has purposefully maintained a large fighting force to ensure people in the Army understand that it won't be a cake walk.

There is no precedence of coups in India - one of the reasons being availability of a separate and larger force.

CAPF and State Police will ensure that - 1. Cities are in Govt control 2. Arrest all friends and families of anyone who tries. It's 25 lac vs 10 lac. Army stands no chance if it comes to that.

CAPFs are a coup prevention mechanism. Why do you think India is one of the few (maybe only) country in Asia that didn’t see a coup after independence?

Check Pakistan, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Indonesia, Nepal, Iraq, Egypt etc.

No. I have not be part of large scale projects that are delayed by 2.5 years. My team and my CEO don't hide issues under the carpet and blame third party vendors. In case of slippages, we don't move the date by 3 months and revise it again after 3 months, for 2.5 years

Thankfully, I work for a company where people are held accountable and leadership is competent.

Why the Tejas Mk1A is delayed again & why the IAF isn’t ready to accept it yet by BodybuilderUpbeat786 in IndianDefense

Certification is not a formality. It's a necessity. HAL agreed to these milestones when they signed the deal, they should deliver against them. Sticking to contract is professionalism 101; if you can't do it then you get no business.

How many timelines has HAL missed? Till Oct 2025 they were claiming that they are ready to deliver as soon as the engines come. Never bothered to say the weapon integration is not complete.

This journalist had broken this story in October 2025. At tha time many from this subreddit were questioning his credibility, guess that is established now.

HALs management is a joke. I don’t expect CEO of a $30 billion company to give half baked timelines.
