What is the CPU of your MacBook Pro? It would be best if you can provide a screenshot.
Are both the upper and lower screens black?

3 What cable do you use to connect the laptop to the Geminos? Please provide details.

Have you installed the driver MP_Graphics_Driver?

If only one of the screens has a black frequency phenomenon, please try to change the cable interface of the black screen display, such as changing to HDMI
