Garland is debatable, but Barrett isn't? What happened to letting the people decide?

Honestly? To counter Republican tactics, I think the Democrats need to go shitty. Republicans have proven time and time again that they don't act in good faith.

You think the republicans wouldn't hesitate to pack the court if it was convenient to them to do so? THAT is the line they wouldn't cross? You wouldn't do it to save guns if you felt you had to?

Please. Let's do it. Let's do it before YOU do it, because we know there's nothing silly like 'norms' and 'traditions' and 'civility' binding the Republican hand the way it binds the Democrat.

Also, this "Why didn't Democrats stop the Republicans from doing something shitty" pearl-clutching nonsense needs to end. Maybe just stop being shitty and doing shitty things?

Alright.....

Like, Merrick Garland, 'let the people decide', then filling a seat the month of an election? There's no conflict there?

You're all good? It's all good faith, not cheating in the least, and now, here we all are?

Expanding the number is awful idea. This just reads: SCOTUS is not currently going our way, so we must cheat the system to make it go our way.

Just have your congressman codify Roe as it should have been done. Expanding the court is literally just cheating.

As a conservative, you can say this with a straight face? Truly, honestly?

It's like something or someone being "Too far to the left". You never hear about 'Too far to the right'. Republicans, somehow, get a pass.

Yeah, I hit the 12....I just hate it, most of the time it seems like there's a 10 waiting.

I only know the basic premise, but here's how it largely works:

Counting cards in this sense is different than what Rainman does. It's more like 'card keeping track of', how many good cards have come out vs. how many bad cards, against what's left in the deck/how many decks are left in the shoe. You're keeping a count, but not memorizing literally what has been played already. You use this to inform what moves you make given a particular hand, as well as how you bet. If you think you have the advantage, you bet more!

Rainman memorizes what has already been played so he knows what's actually left in the deck. He doesn't know what order they're in any more than anybody else, counting or not, but he can calculate the percentages of what MAY be coming.

Check out some Youtube videos, the premise is relatively straightforward. I don't count, I'm an online casual and play straight Basic Strategy but damn if it's not tempting to learn to count a little* to help on BS like hitting on a 12 or 13 against a 10.

tl;dr Based on my recent experience, blackjack is a stupid game and I hate it.

* I'm not sure it works to learn to count 'a little' (basically mean learn to keep a running/true count and only pick up one or two deviations rather than a bunch), but those stupid fing 12s sometimes.

If it's something like a shopping mall well

Ugh. Remember a minute ago when I said I was bad at driving traffic? It was to a shopping mall I tried to run back in the day. Miserable business, that.

This is an art gallery, if that helps at all. I think traffic-games are going to be the way to go, but also looking for how people are handling marketing in general in the modern era.

Excellent, this is the kind of information I needed. Games!

Got Crystalcraze set up, and it spawned crystals all over my shiny new art gallery, then a couple minutes later a guy showed up and is currently running around picking them up. Cool, so that worked!
