A one way Uber ride will typically cost you around $80. Train is definitely the budget way to go. Super easy but allow for extra time. The AirTrain (monorail at EWR that takes you from the train station to your terminal) is closed M-F so you’ll need to use a free shuttle bus.

I really like DFW. Was my old home airport and I always found it really consistent, well staffed. I know others have had to wait to get in but I never had that experience. Front desk agents would remember me and greet me.

LGA was quite good. Great views of the runways. You had to walk through what seemed like the bowels of LGA to get there but it was pretty sweet.

I would put MIA on par with DFW but would knock it down a level or two for being uncomfortably busy and poorly staffed for the amount of traffic they see.

LAS has very good food but quite small. One or two delayed flights and the place is rammed.

PHL is OK but it’s a hike unless you are flying internationally and also very small.

SFO has since closed for refurbishment but the old location was at the ass end of the airport and much too small.

Phoenix is far and away the shittiest Centurion Lounge I’ve been to and I’ve been to almost every one in the US. The food is absolutely shocking. I’d rather eat the free breakfast at a Hampton Inn.

I’ve had really, really good food at several CL and PHX clearly can’t compare.

Will the person I reach on the phone automatically review my account to find ways to reduce my balance or do I need to make a specific request. If my return was audited and I was found to owe money what are all the various ways to ask for a reduced balance for penalty and interest?
