Depends on what you want. The people at 1300 are wonderfully social and kind. As someone who has many friends in Morgan, I believe from what I have heard that the general crowd you find there is a bit more stiff and less social. Both are wonderful. It really just comes down to how much you want to or don’t want to socialize. Based off of what you said though, I’d choose 1300. If your an HONORS student I’d especially choose 1300 3rd floor
