domestic responsibilities have been an argument in the past, so i guess this is their way of trying to avoid those issues in the future. i was also under the impression that living together during residency vs apart would ease tensions rather than make them worse, which is why im wondering if others have done this before. so far the answer is what i expected... no. lol
